TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PREMIUM BOXING ONLINE STORE

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The online store premium-boxing.eu is operated by Decent Services&Trade Michał Kwiatkowski, with registered office at Pokorna 2/212 Warsaw, 00199 Poland.
  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store and the rules for concluding Distance Sales Agreements through the Store.

§ 2. DEFINITIONS

  1. Store – online store available at premium-boxing.eu
  2. Customer – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit making purchases in the Store
  3. Goods – products presented in the Store (boxing equipment, sportswear, accessories)
  4. Sales Agreement – agreement for the sale of Goods concluded remotely through the Store

§ 3. PLACING ORDERS

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
  2. A condition for placing an Order is providing the data necessary to fulfill the order.
  3. Prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in EUR.
  4. The Customer places an order by adding Goods to the cart and completing the order form.

§ 4. PAYMENTS

  1. The Store accepts the following forms of payment:
    • Bank transfer
    • Online payments
  2. The Customer is obliged to make payment within 7 days of placing the order.

§ 5. DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is carried out in Poland and other EU countries.
  2. Order processing time is from 1 to 3 business days.
  3. Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.

§ 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving a reason within 14 days.
  2. The period is calculated from the day on which the Consumer took possession of the Goods.
  3. The returned Goods must not show signs of use.
  4. The Consumer bears the cost of return.

§ 7. COMPLAINTS

  1. The Store is responsible for the non-conformity of the Goods with the agreement.
  2. Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address: shop@premium-boxing.eu.
  3. The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

§ 8. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The personal data controller is Decent Services&Trade Michał Kwiatkowski.
  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment.

§ 9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Terms and Conditions come into force on 01.12.2025.
  2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
